Prize Details

One vehicle, which is subject to change at every draw and at the discretion of The Great Car Giveaway.

Prize Conditions

• The vehicle is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
• The Winner is responsible for all taxes and insurance
• The Great Car Giveaway may substitute a prize of equal value if the original prize becomes unavailable

Winner Selection & Notification

• A random draw will be conducted on a selected date in Edenvale, Johannesburg
• The Winner will be notified via the contact details provided on the entry within 48 hours of the draw
• The selected date of the draw will be posted on the website seven (7) days prior to the draw taking place
• The Winner must claim the prize within two working days of the draw date
• Failure to respond within two working days will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be drawn
• A new draw will commence by the third working day and will be live-streamed on our social media channel
• Advertising and marketing of this event will be sent to all participants via their chosen contact details
• If you do not meet any of the entry requirements, the judges reserve the right to award the prize to the runner-up

Publicity

The Winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry materials for promotional purposes without compensation. Winners may decline to have their name used in advertising or listed publicly.

Liability & Disclaimer

• The Promoter is not liable for technical errors, lost entries, or unauthorized access
• The Promoter is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from prize acceptance and/or use
• The Promoter will not be responsible for further correspondence, harm, damage, loss or claim relating to any element of the prize
• The Promoter is not liable for any ambiguity, error, oversight, or omission in relation to the competition, vehicle, employees, or affiliates

General Conditions

• Fraudulent entries will be disqualified
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend rules, change the date of the selected draw, or cancel the raffle if necessary
• The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize or competition terms
• All copyright of entries, photographs, etc., belong exclusively to the Promoter who may edit and republish them on any media platform
• Entry does not constitute a legal contract between the entrant and the Promoter

Winner Acknowledgment

The Winner must provide valid ID, proof of eligibility, and sign the necessary documentation to claim the prize.
