The promoter of this raffle is The Great Car giveaway (“the Promoter”).

• Entries for the raffle will only be accepted from the website with the following url https://thegreatcargiveaway.co.za/.
• Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

The raffle is open to the public, or residents aged 18+ at the time of entry. Employees of The Great Car Giveaway, and their immediate families are ineligible.

• Purchase raffle tickets from the website.
• All entries must include your full name, age, residential address, home telephone number, cell number, email address, and any mandatory information specified on the raffle form.

One vehicle which is subject to change at every draw and at the discretion of The Great Car Giveaway.

The vehicle is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Winner is responsible for taxes and insurance. The Great Car Giveaway may substitute a prize of equal value if unavailable.

• A Random draw will be conducted on a selected date in Edenvale Johannesburg.
• The Winner will be notified via the contact details provided on the entry within 48 hours of the draw. 
• The final selected date of the draw will be posted on the website at minimum 7 (Seven) days prior to the date of the draw taking place.
• The Winner must claim the prize within two working days of draw date.
• Failure to respond and/or answer on their chosen contact details within two working days, will result in a forfeiture, with an alternate winner drawn.
• In the event of forfeiture, a new draw will commence by the third working day. This draw will be live and screened on our chosen social media channel.
• Advertising and marketing of this event will be targeted or sent to all of the participants on their chosen contact details.
• If you do not meet any one of the entry requirements, the judges reserves the right to award the prize to the runner-up.

The Winner consents to use of name, likeness, and entry materials for promotional purposes without compensation.

The Promoter is not liable for: - Technical errors, lost entries, or unauthorized access. Injuries, losses, or damages arising from the prize acceptance and/or use.

• Fraudulent entries will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to amend rules, change the date of the selected draw or cancel the raffle if necessary. 
• The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize or competition terms.
• The copyright of all entries, photographs and the like belong exclusively to the Promoter who reserves the right to edit and republish them on any media platform. 
• Winners may decline to have their name used in advertising or listed publicly.
• The Promoter will not be responsible for any further correspondence, harm, damage, loss or claim relating to the provision of any element of the prize. 
• The entrant accepts that entry to the competition does not constitute a contract or any form of legal commitment between the entrant and the Promoter. 
• The Promoter will not assume liability for any ambiguity, error, oversight or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, that may be committed in respect of the competition, the vehicle, its employees or affiliates.

The Winner must provide valid ID, proof of eligibility, and sign the necessary documentation to claim the prize.
